
Sales Representative - Inside, Rental

7:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday–Friday, some Saturdays
Responsibilities
Assist customers with sales and rental equipment needs.
Enter all rental contracts, billing statements and invoices.
Order supplies, sell supply items and restock supply items.
Answer calls and questions that customers have.
Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
Load and unload small equipment when needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Pay rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Qualifications
2 years of previous construction equipment experience needed.
General knowledge of construction equipment needed.
Self‑starter with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Computer literate and proficient with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook; knowledge of DBS preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal & written) required.
Well organized and able to meet challenging deadlines.
Previous customer service experience required.
Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred.
Ability to lift 75 lbs safely.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required. (Motor Vehicle will be performed on final candidate)
This position works in an office and warehouse environment. The employee may sit at a desk for long periods, answer telephone and use a keyboard, and may be out in the warehouse to pick or restock inventory. Walking, climbing, squatting, twisting, and lifting up to 75 lbs. may be required. Noise level in the office is moderate to low; in the warehouse, moderate to high. The employee must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours. Occasional travel (30% of time) is required. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
