The Digital Sales Coordinator serves as the pivotal “swivel chair” between multiple departments—connecting sales, IT, operations, and dealer clients—to ensure seamless digital sales processes. This role is critical to maximizing auction sales performance, supporting dealer and sales teams, and directly impacting commissions and revenue across the company. In addition to operational coordination, this position ensures accurate documentation and financial reconciliation, provides key training, and serves as the escalation point for problem resolution. What you will do:
Accurately create, update, and maintain vehicle listings across digital platforms, ensuring data quality and presentation that drives buyer engagement and bidding activity. Serve as the primary liaison connecting sales, IT, operations, and dealer clients to facilitate smooth communication, resolve issues, and streamline digital sales workflows. Serve as the go-to escalation contact when issues arise across departments, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Communicate with commercial account reps. Sell the vehicles in our system. Ensure titles are sent out in a timely manner. Provide expert assistance, training, and troubleshooting support for dealers and external reps using digital sales tools and platforms, directly influencing their sales success and commissions. Lead training sessions on specialized systems such as GSA (General Services Administration) sales and protocols. Coordinate scheduling and technical execution of virtual sales events to ensure high bidder engagement and smooth operations. Handle and process all paperwork related to digital sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Monitor and verify that all funds and payments are properly accounted for and reconciled, coordinating with the accounting team as needed. Ensure all digital content and processes adhere to company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations. Train new employees and dealer clients on digital sales platforms and processes, including GSA protocols. Recommend and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and sales outcomes. Perform additional duties as assigned. What you will need:
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years’ experience in automotive sales, e-commerce, or related fields. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital sales platforms. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Customer service focused with a problem-solving mindset.
