Responsibilities

Selling our programs and services to current and prospective customers through means of phone calls to explain types and value of services offered.

Generating additional sales revenues by cross‑selling to current customers.

Answering questions to overcome resistance and objections, quoting prices, negotiating with customers and closing the sale.

Accurate data entry of all customer information into computer software program.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Valid Driver’s License

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
