Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns. Responsibilities include managing contracts, coordinating with logistics teams, analyzing client needs, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The Account Manager will also help streamline communication between internal teams and customers while ensuring operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience in client relationship management, account management, and customer service.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Competency in logistics, supply chain management, and transportation services.
Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proven ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM platforms.
Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
