Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for AI, optical and semiconductors? A global designer and supplier of high-end test & measurement instrument and equipment for the optical communication, chip and semiconductor industries is expanding its team in North America.

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive new business growth, promoting NexusTest’s portfolio of high-precision testing equipment, building strong customer relationships, and managing key accounts across the North America markets.

You will be responsible for building and managing a sales pipeline, developing and executing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Drive New Business Growth

– Identify new opportunities and prospects in high-end optical, semiconductor, green energy and silicon photonics test & measurement instruments and equipment.

Develop & Manage Customer Relationships

– Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Sales presentations and proposals : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals to demonstrate the benefits and superior performance of NexusTest’s equipment.

Negotiate & Close Deals

– Leverage strong negotiation skills to maximize sales potential, ensure competitive pricing, and close high-value deals.

Collaborate with Internal Teams

– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and service, to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for product development.

Market intelligence

– Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies and identify new market segments and position the company as a preferred supplier.

What You Bring

8+ years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in the optical, electrical or semiconductor industries.

Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Independently driven with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to understand and address technical challenges presented by customers.

Ability to work flexible hours and travel.

Bachelor's degree in engineering such as Electrical, Optical, Physics, or a related field.
