What to Expect

Build and maintain strong relationships with Drug Store customers to understand their business needs and drive growth

Achieve goals related to new item authorization, distribution, and revenue growth

Lead space management projects to optimize product placement

Implement pricing strategies and promotional tactics to meet revenue objectives

Collaborate with the Retail Team to ensure effective execution of category objectives

What is Required

Proven experience in customer management, account management, or retail sales management in a CPG company

Strong customer-first mentality with effective selling skills

Ability to work autonomously within a customer business team framework

Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales systems such as IRI and Spark

How to Stand Out

Experience in analyzing syndicated data to develop business plans

Ability to travel 10-20% as needed
