Job Summary: LHH is partnering with a manufacturing company to hire a permanent Sales Analyst. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years supporting a sales team, experience in PowerBI and have a self starting work ethic. The hours are 8AM to 4PM M-Fri and this is a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and distributing sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.
Maintain accurate sales data and support the development of forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning materials.
Use PowerPoint to prepare sales presentations and performance summaries for leadership
Coordinate cross‑functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely follow‑up and issue resolution.
Help streamline workflows, implement process improvements, and support the adoption of tools or systems used by the Sales team.
Assisting with cold calling for inside sales support
Required Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
At least 3 years of experience supporting a sales team
Must have experience using PowerBI
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or SharePoint is a plus
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel pivot tables and v look ups
Self starter, organized and enjoys analytics and reporting
