Randstad on Donelson Pike is recruiting for Inside Product Specialist for a leading electronic company here in the Nashville, TN area. The position consists of selling products and services (via telephone, web, or e-mail) to the customer responding primarily through an outbound call center environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor, ability to come to work and execute efficiently, and knowledge of electronic devices (including but not limited to; laptops, desktops, tablets, etc.) a huge plus.
Scheduling for this position will be a set schedule within the 7am-9pm Mon-Fri time frame. There may be required overtime in this position.
Job Description JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for selling a defined set of products and services.
Provides technical advise to the inside sales teams during the sales process.
Accountable for delivering technical solutions, products, and / or services that address customer needs.
Act as a technical resource to support the sales organization as opportunities are identified.
Identifies customer needs / requirements, and recommends the appropriate products and solutions.
Additional testing may be REQUIRED to take for consideration of position.
Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Ability to stay current on industry and vertical solutions as well.
2-4+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Must be available to potentially work overtime if needed.
- High School Diploma required
- Associates Degree / Technical College preferred.
- Knowledge of electronic devices including laptops, desktops, tablets, etc. a PLUS
Additional Information Pay Rate: $13 - $14 / hour
