Account Manager

This is a full-time on-site role in Fayetteville, AR for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing insurance accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Core responsibilities include assisting clients with policy questions, processing renewals, obtaining quotes, resolving claims, and ensuring timely communication with insurers and clients. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and maintaining accurate client records to provide a seamless experience. Qualifications Strong customer service and relationship management skills, ensuring excellent client experiences Familiarity with insurance policies, solutions, and account management practices Attention to detail, organizational ability, and capability to manage multiple accounts effectively Proficient in communication, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills Proficiency in using insurance management software and standard office applications Ability to work collaboratively with team members and take initiative to solve client issues Insurance licensing or willingness to obtain relevant state insurance licenses Previous experience in the insurance industry or account management is preferred
