
Inside Sales administrator (Onsite)
Location: Highland Heights, KY 41076
Work Environment: Onsite
Position Overview We are seeking
Inside Sales administrator
to support a leading wire and cable manufacturer by working directly with independent sales agencies. These roles are dedicated exclusively to supporting manufacturer customers and products while operating onsite at the manufacturer's facility.
Key Responsibilities
Enter sales orders and customer quotes into the EZQuote system
Review and send order acknowledgements using approved templates and processes
Request part number setups as needed to support order processing
Provide proof of delivery documentation and invoice copies to support collections
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications and suggest approved alternatives
Partner with internal inside sales teams on sales opportunities and sales data analysis
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing
Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Authority Limitations
This role does not have authority to bind the company, sign contracts, or make representations beyond defined responsibilities
Systems & Tools
EZQuote (required)
SAP exposure may be required (to be confirmed)
Training & Onboarding
Structured onboarding and training program
Initial schedule adherence required during a
90-day probationary period
Ongoing collaboration with internal supervisors and agency partners
Travel Expectations
Occasional travel anticipated for:
Agency training
Performance reviews
Team meetings and relationship building (Frequency to be confirmed)
Ideal Candidate Profile
Prior inside sales, order management, or sales support experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Professional communication skills and customer-focused mindset
Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or electrical products is a plus
