The Role We're seeking a proactive, detail-driven Inside Sales Coordinator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting critical energy infrastructure projects. This is an onsite role within a collaborative, agile team, ideal for a motivated go-getter who takes ownership and thrives on keeping projects and orders moving efficiently.
Day to day
Process and manage purchase orders accurately within ERP systems
Prepare quotes and follow up on leads to drive sales
Coordinate with production and procurement to ensure on-time deliveryMaintain strong client relationships and track activity in CRM
Support light contract review and project coordination
Requierments
2+ years inside sales experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
ERP and PO processing experience highly desirable
Technical background preferred
Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
Self-starter / go-getter mindset
