Account Executive

to join our sales team.

This is not just a desk job. Our Account Executives are out in the field every day, building relationships, finding new opportunities, and closing business while managing key accounts. If you thrive in fast moving environments, enjoy connecting with people, and want to make an impact in the automotive industry, this role is for you.

What You Will Do Build Relationships That Matter

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 customers and decision makers

Serve as the primary connection between customers and our engineering, quoting, and operations teams

Anticipate customer needs and propose solutions that align with what we can manufacture and deliver

Drive Sales and Business Growth

Manage and expand existing accounts while seeking new business opportunities

Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that support company objectives

Consistently push revenue growth and market share

Own the Process From Start to Finish

Work closely with internal teams including program management, engineering, procurement, and production to ensure we deliver on time and with quality

Monitor forecasts, inventory needs, and demand planning with customers

Address supply chain challenges, quality issues, and production concerns by coordinating internal resources

Stay Ahead of the Market

Keep informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technology in wire harnessing, PCB assembly, and lighting

Share customer feedback and market insights to influence new products and overall business strategy

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is a plus, but not required

Three to five years in account management, sales, or business development in automotive, electronics, or manufacturing

Knowledge of wire harnesses, PCB assembly, or lighting technologies is a strong plus

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills

Ability to understand technical drawings and processes and translate them into customer value

Organized, detail oriented, and self driven

Willingness to travel, about fifty to seventy five percent local and about twenty five percent international

Bonus points for Spanish or Korean language skills. Multilingual candidates are highly valued
