Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, for an Entry-Level Sales and Account Manager. In this role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, manage accounts, and generate new business leads. Your responsibilities will include delivering client satisfaction, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring successful onboarding, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives. This position involves working closely with clients and team members to exceed performance goals.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional client experiences
Proficiency in Account Management to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to conduct Lead Generation activities to identify and engage potential clients
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and collaboration
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset to contribute to sales and business growth
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
Prior experience or knowledge in healthcare insurance or sales is a plus
