What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct up to 25 farm or facility visits weekly to evaluate feeding programs and recommend solutions
Network across the livestock industry to share best practices and create new business opportunities
Manage and grow an existing book of business with immediate sales opportunities
Organize and lead educational events and demonstrations to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty
Utilize CRM systems and technology tools to record activities and inform business decisions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related field strongly desired
0-3 years of relevant experience in sales or the livestock industry
Strong interest in livestock care and agricultural products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in teams
Willingness to travel 5-10% overnight plus daily travel within the assigned geography

Proven sales and industry experience
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and technology tools (e.g., Power BI)
Demonstrated ability to engage in on-farm interactions and perform animal evaluations
Public speaking experience and ability to deliver effective presentations
