Lead in home comfort assessments present sophisticated energy efficient HVAC and air quality upgrades close premium deals daily and guide the team toward higher performance levels. You will primarily engage warm pre scheduled leads with the expectation of averaging 2 closed systems per day in a relationship driven consultative sales model. Primary Duties

Perform comprehensive home evaluations inspecting HVAC equipment duct systems and indoor environments to uncover improvement opportunities. Present personalized comfort packages featuring top tier equipment financing solutions and efficiency benefits to overcome hesitations and finalize sales. Utilize CRM and modern sales tools to track pipeline progress prioritize follow ups and hit production benchmarks consistently. Mentor and train team members on advanced ethical sales strategies high value closing techniques and customer centric approaches. Nurture client connections with prompt responsive communication proactive follow through and effective hand off to operations. Partner with installation crews to guarantee flawless project execution and exceptional post sale experiences. Analyze performance data forecasts and key metrics to refine strategies and accelerate revenue growth. Adhere to fast response protocols including immediate lead engagement and 24 hour callback commitments. Qualifications

5 plus years of proven in home HVAC sales success at a leading residential services provider with consistent high ticket closing volume. Solid understanding of HVAC fundamentals duct design air purification options and financing structures (rapid learning curve acceptable if other criteria are strong). Demonstrated ability to lead by example train others and foster a high integrity high performance sales culture. Outstanding interpersonal skills negotiation prowess time discipline and intrinsic drive. Confident navigating homeowner environments to close significant ticket sales $5000 plus. Familiarity with CRM platforms digital sales aids and pipeline management tools is advantageous. Clean valid California drivers license mandatory.
