Regional Sales Manager

to lead business development across the

Western United States . This role is ideal for a high‑performing sales professional who wants ownership of a region, influence over strategy, and the opportunity to grow with a company that is redefining water and wastewater solutions.

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business and driving projects from early opportunity through close. You will work closely with engineering and internal teams to deliver innovative, effective solutions for water, wastewater, and reuse applications.

Responsibilities include:

Own and manage the sales and proposal process for all lines of business for water, wastewater and reuse projects.

Develop and grow relationships with named national accounts while identifying and cultivating new customers in the region.

Build and manage representative relationships in both municipal and industrial markets

Conduct field visits to gather project requirements and collaborate with engineering to develop conceptual solutions.

Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline with a heavy emphasis on new account development.

Lead opportunities through the sales cycle and drive deals to successful close to generate new revenue.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, other related field, or equivalent water treatment experience

In-depth knowledge of wastewater treatment systems (e.g. MBR, jet aeration or slot aeration).

5+ years of experience in water treatment sales with a strong track record in technical sales.

Direct experience in selling to one of our key markets – residential development, food and beverage or municipal.

Experience in consultative sales with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and self‑motivation with a proven ability to work across functional areas.

Skills in problem‑solving, negotiation, and building rapport with clients and business partners.

Ability to travel up to 60%.
