Responsibilities
Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in the Lynnwood area.
Provide detailed information about properties, neighborhoods, and local amenities to clients.
Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments between clients and listing agents.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current listings and market trends in the WA-99 corridor.
Ensure properties are presented in optimal condition during showings and report any issues to the team.
Support the Seattle Real Estate Team with administrative tasks related to client interactions and property management.
Foster positive client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the showing process.
Qualifications
Valid real estate license or currently pursuing licensure preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate or related customer service role
Strong knowledge of the Lynnwood and greater Seattle real estate market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple property showings efficiently and professionally
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Proficient with real estate software and mobile apps for scheduling and client management
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Positive attitude and a team player mindset
