
WANTED: Experienced Title Escrow Assistant to join our growing company!
Our client is a national real estate services organization seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant to support purchase transactions across all 50 states. This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume role ideal for someone who enjoys multi‑state work, accuracy, and proactive communication.
Salary: $30 - $30 per hour.
In the office for the first 6 months and then Hybrid/Remote after.

Support Escrow Officers from file opening through closing Assist with funding, closing, and post‑closing activities Prepare and assemble final closing packages Manage national, multi‑state purchase transactions Navigate attorney‑state and title‑facilitated state requirements Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers/sellers, and mobile notaries Maintain accurate file notes and documents in ResWare (or similar system) Provide clear transaction updates to all parties What We’re Looking For
2+ years of escrow, title, or real estate experience Bachelor's degree preferred Purchase transaction experience required National or multi‑state escrow experience Strong understanding of purchase workflows and timelines Proficiency with ResWare or comparable escrow software Strong computer and organizational skills Preferred
