Position Overview We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Personal Assistant to support senior leadership and help ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll be the go-to right hand, helping manage schedules, communications, tasks, and critical details with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize executive calendars, appointments, and travel logistics
Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Draft, edit, and respond to correspondence (email, phone, messaging)
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting agendas
Coordinate projects and follow-up on action items with stakeholders
Facilitate run-of-show details for events, meetings, and special initiatives
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
Qualifications
2+ years PA or relevant experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to anticipate needs and act autonomously
Discretion and handling confidential information required
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience
