The Sales Administrative Assistant must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position provides administrative support to a high performing Group and Individual Travel Sales team. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, can learn new computer programs, can multitask, and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.

Qualifications

A true desire to exceed our guests’ expectations to create lasting experiences

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Ability to make quick decisions in tough situations

Thorough understanding of hotel operations

Previous hotel administrative experience is a plus

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Opera & Reserve

Extremely detail oriented and organized, with proven leadership skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays based on business demands
