Morgan's Constructive Solutions, LLC (DBA Sandia Mountain Solar) is a fully licensed general, electrical, and mechanical contracting firm, providing comprehensive general construction services and expert solar system solutions across the state of New Mexico.
Our general construction services include bathroom and kitchen remodeling, decks, siding, doors and windows, flooring installations, civil dirt work, and site layouts.
Our solar systems services include installation and troubleshooting of grid-tied, off-grid, battery backup, carports, ground mounts, and roof‑mounted systems.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches and understand project specifications.
Take measurements and calculate the sizes and amounts of materials needed for projects.
Cut lumber and other materials according to measurements and plans.
Build staircases, frame buildings, and other structures using raw materials or pre‑constructed items.
Install flooring such as hardwood or tile.
Install siding, windows, doors, and exterior trim.
Install cabinets, drywall, and insulation.
Inspect products and conduct repairs or maintenance as needed.
Comply with all company and governmental safety guidelines.
Participate in staff training and meetings as scheduled.
Follow supervisory/administrative directives and instructions.
Requirements
Valid driver's license.
Construction experience required; broad industry experience preferred.
40 hours per week standard; overtime may occur.
Per diem for out‑of‑town work.
Paid time off and holiday pay.
Travel throughout New Mexico for out‑of‑town work as needed.
Compensation
$24+ per hour to start (BOE).
PTO, holiday pay, and 401(k).
