
Job Description
We are hiring a Field Sales Representative to sell EzMedTech.ai solutions to medical and dental clinics in the Austin and Dallas areas. This is a contract to hire role with strong growth potential based on performance.
You will meet clinic owners, practice managers, and office administrators. You will educate them on AI automation and close new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and visit medical and dental clinics in assigned territory
Generate leads through cold visits, referrals, networking, and local events
Present EzMedTech.ai platform and explain ROI clearly
Conduct product demos in person and via Zoom
Build relationships with physicians, dentists, and office managers
Maintain pipeline in CRM and provide weekly activity reports
Achieve monthly revenue and account targets
What You Bring
1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience, healthcare sales preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with field sales and face to face meetings
Self driven and target focused
Basic understanding of SaaS or technology solutions
Reliable transportation for local travel
Compensation
Contract base plus high commission per closed clinic
Performance based conversion to full time role
