
We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers. You will also be responsible for providing accurate information and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Follow call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
Research required information using available resources.
Identify and escape priority issues to the appropriate team member.
Route calls to appropriate resource when necessary.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Complete call logs and reports as needed.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to work in the Columbus, United States office. Remote working is not available for this position.
