Compensation Rate: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
Greet guests at reception area and verify passholder membership
Interact with guests, answering questions, selling incremental experiences and upgrades
Assist with in-park communication and messaging surrounding events, offers, tours, upgrades etc.
Assist guests in park, at in-park kiosks, answer questions and give directions
Respond to guests in a timely manner and ultimately drive a positive recovery/sentiment within the community
Monitor, track, and report on and provide insights on our pass members
Build relationships with guests and annual pass holder community as a whole
Nurture a stronger sense of community among pass holders
Keep Pass Member Landing area clean and organized
Perform other duties as assigned
What It Takes To Succeed
2 + years of experience in a hospitality or guest services role (customer service, guest relations, hotel front desk)
Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing or Hospitality a plus
Sales experience, comfortable with selling upgrades and in park experiences to guests
Outgoing, approachable, personable and friendly demeanor
Excited and open to interacting with Busch Gardens most loyal and valued pass members holders
Have outstanding communications skills
Ability to convey messages clearly and persuasively
Be willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays
