Tin Drum Asian Kitchen is seeking a driven, community-focused Field Marketing Manager to lead local marketing execution across company and franchise locations. This role is built for someone who thrives in the field, builds real relationships, and drives measurable sales growth through grassroots activation, catering development, and brand presence.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and energized by building partnerships that convert into revenue.

Position Summary The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing local marketing initiatives that drive traffic, increase catering sales, and strengthen Tin Drum’s presence in each trade area. This role partners closely with Operations, General Managers, and Franchise Partners to align marketing strategy with store-level execution.

Success in this role is measured by sales growth, catering expansion, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities Local Store Marketing & Community Engagement (Primary Focus)

Develop and execute localized marketing plans for each Tin Drum location

Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, corporate offices, residential communities, and local organizations

Identify and secure partnership opportunities that drive recurring business

Represent Tin Drum at community events, campus activations, and promotional opportunities

Coordinate in-store marketing initiatives and traffic-driving promotions

Ensure brand consistency across all field marketing efforts

Catering Growth & Revenue Development

Drive catering sales through direct outreach and relationship-building

Partner with store leadership to ensure catering execution meets brand standards

Track catering performance and identify new growth opportunities

Build repeat catering accounts through proactive follow-up and service excellence

Franchise & Operations Support

Support franchise partners with local marketing execution and activation planning

Collaborate with General Managers to align marketing initiatives with operational readiness

Assist with new store openings, community introduction plans, and launch strategies

Monitor marketing ROI and provide clear reporting on impact and performance

Qualifications

2+ years experience in field marketing, local store marketing, or hospitality marketing

Experience driving catering or B2B sales preferred

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple locations and initiatives

Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, field-based role

Ability to work flexible hours, including events and community activations
