
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, concept-driven Art Director who’s ready to turn big ideas into bold work. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to develop campaigns that connect across digital, print, social and experiential platforms. We are looking for someone in Oklahoma; we work mostly from home in OKC, however, between client meetings, production shoots, etc., it’s essential to be available for those interactions in person.
You’re the kind of thinker who can translate a client’s goals into stories that resonate, visually compelling narratives that spark engagement and deliver results. You collaborate seamlessly with copywriters, strategists, and producers, keeping every concept sharp, purposeful, and on brand.

What You’ll Do
Lead creative concept development and storytelling.
Drive visual communication, design composition, and brand consistency.
Direct photography and oversee imagery selection to capture the right tone and emotion.
Craft mood boards and concept presentations that sell the story.
Provide art direction for photo and video shoots.
Develop campaigns across digital, print, social, and out-of-home platforms.
Translate business objectives into visual concepts that resonate.
Understand target audiences and market positioning to inform creative.
Critique and elevate design work both conceptually and strategically.
Manage and mentor designers and junior creatives.
Collaborate effectively with copywriters, strategists, and producers.
Present ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
Partner across departments—account, production, and digital—for seamless execution.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience leading art direction and design in an agency or similar environment.
Proven ability to deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Familiarity with Figma, Keynote, or Sketch.
Understanding of UX/UI basics and responsive design.
Knowledge of print production processes and specs.
Motion design and video editing experience (a plus).
Comfort with AI-assisted or generative design tools.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Impeccable attention to detail in both creative and execution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Adaptability and curiosity—always eager to learn something new.
