Lead hands‑on production using text-to-video, image-to-video, and text-to-image tools to rapidly create and iterate creative for major campaigns Generate short‑form video ads (6–30 seconds), primarily using Runway, and produce static ad variants for testing Create structured variations across hooks, pacing, and visual treatments Translate creative briefs and hook ideas into mobile‑first concepts optimized for feed placements Iterate creative based on performance signals such as IPM, CTR, CPI, and ROAS Frameworks & Output Scaling

Maintain organized output management, including iteration tracking, naming/versioning, exports, and handoff‑ready packages Build and maintain a library of reusable prompt frameworks (hook styles, visual treatments, camera language, pacing, character/style consistency) Continuously refine workflows to improve speed, volume, repeatability, and creative quality Share learnings, frameworks, and best practices with the broader GenAI innovation pod through documentation and examples Participate in creative reviews with a performance‑first mindset Creative Quality & Brand Alignment

Curate and refine GenAI outputs to meet quality standards for clarity, readability, and thumb‑stop impact Ensure creative stays on‑brand and aligned with responsible AI guidelines How Success Is Measured

Volume and velocity of creative output Performance impact of generated assets Reuse and effectiveness of prompt frameworks Speed at which learnings translate into improved creative performance What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands‑on experience creating short‑form video (6–30 seconds) and static images using generative AI tools (Runway strongly preferred) Advanced prompt engineering skills, including building and maintaining reusable prompt libraries, seeds, and style/model configurations Performance‑driven mindset with experience using CTR, IPM, CPI, and ROAS to guide iteration and structured creative testing Comfortable operating in high‑volume, fast‑iteration environments with rapid learning loops Strong organizational skills for managing creative outputs, versioning, and delivery Familiarity with multiple GenAI tools beyond Runway (e.g., Sora) and an understanding of when to use each Strong portfolio or reel demonstrating high‑quality generative AI creative in production campaigns Bonus for mobile user acquisition creative (short‑form video and static ads) Preferred Qualifications

3+ years in a creative production role (motion, editing, design, or content creation), including 1+ year using GenAI tools in a professional setting Experience producing performance creative for mobile games or mobile apps Creative technologist mindset with strong visual instincts and comfort experimenting across tools and workflows Collaborative, low‑ego teammate who thrives in fast‑paced, experimental environments Passion for games and interactive entertainment
