Architecting international, data-driven content strategies that fuse audience personas with search best practices to capture high-value traffic worldwide. Leading complex site migrations ensuring link equity and 301-redirect integrity remain flawless. Optimizing for the future of search, not just through traditional search engines, but across AI-driven discovery platforms (GEO) by refining on-page elements and technical indexability. Executing synergy across channels by partnering closely with Paid Search and Product Marketing leads to enhance organic and PPC efforts. Delivering actionable performance analytics and reports that translate complex KPIs into clear narratives for stakeholders. Here’s what our ideal candidate has:
6+ or more years of hands-on experience managing organic growth for large-scale, international organizations. 4+ years of experience optimizing and scaling content across various territories and languages within enterprise-level management systems. A proven ability to navigate the high-stakes world of domain consolidation, technical site audits, and mobile-first journey optimization. Expert-level command of the modern search stack, including GA4, GTM, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and conversion testing tools like VWO. The ability to simplify complex technical requirements for non-technical partners and lead cross-functional projects with confidence. Keywords
