Ziegler Companies is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist with expertise in marketing automation and reporting that surrounds marketing attribution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of the CRM and marketing automation tools to optimize campaigns and achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship-builder, skilled in facilitating collaboration between dealership business units and external parties. Strong project management and leadership skills are also critical, as the Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist directs efforts for multiple digital channels simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Marketing Project Managers, Data Team, Divisional Leaders to align digital initiatives with overall business goals and campaigns

Implement and manage marketing automation workflows and sequences using HubSpot, including end-to-end automation support

Segment audiences and personalize communications to enhance lead nurturing, customer retention, and conversion rates

Continuously optimize automation processes, A/B test messaging, and workflows to maximize efficiency and ROI

Monitor KPI's such as reach, engagement, conversation rates, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives

Prepare comprehensive reports and insights to present findings, trends, and recommendations to business partners.

Provide insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision‑making and campaign planning

Maintain and optimize the health of our sales funnel in CRM.

Baseline knowledge of Caterpillar Excellence Programs and ongoing support of customer data conformance projects

Collaborate with sales teams to increase customer engagement in digital channels

Optimize all digital tools to fullest capabilities, including but not limited to, HubSpot, ZeroBounce, D365, CloudLink, and Phone Validator.

Ensuring correct customer, contact, and equipment properties are being utilized on all Marketing assets (forms, landing pages, etc) within HubSpot.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field (Agriculture or Construction knowledge is preferred)

Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing with a focus on marketing automation and CRM management

Strong proficiency in analytics tools, HubSpot, and CloudLink, and Dynamics

Demonstrated ability to produce reporting on lead attribution and campaign performance metrics

Excellent verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data‑driven decisions

Experience in Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing, or Marketing Automation platforms

Ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline driven environment

Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams

Travel

Up to 10% travel

Minimum Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, using hands, talking, and hearing.

Working Conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor.

$71,400.00 to $89,250.00

Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
