Cabinet IQ is expanding across the Kansas City market as we prepare for the opening of our new showroom in 2026. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with homeowners, has an eye for design, and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners to understand their goals and preferences
Capture site measurements and develop functional kitchen layouts
Create and present designs using Design 2020/Flex
Prepare cabinet and product orders with accuracy
Guide clients confidently through selections and budgeting
Collaborate with installers and trade partners to support project execution
Who You Are
Experience in kitchen design, interior design, cabinetry, or related field preferred
Familiarity with Design 2020/Flex or similar design software
Organized, accountable, and detail-focused
Comfortable communicating with both homeowners and builders
Eager to learn and grow within a structured company
