The ideal candidate is confident leading and supporting complex projects, mentoring junior designers, and managing every detail from concept to completion — all while maintaining transparency, grace, and professionalism in every client interaction.
Qualifications
4-7 years minimum experience Residential interior experience required Bachelor\'s Degree in Interior Design Preferred, but not required Excellent oral, written and graphic communication skills Run a design project on time and on budget Strong knowledge of the design process including specification of materials, FF&E, and project management Proficiency in AutoCAD/ Sketchup, Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, Slack and Google Suite, Studio Designer knowledge a plus Desire and ability to work in a creative, service-oriented environment and prioritize while performing on multiple projects simultaneously Resilient to coping with client demands & able to prioritize duties and work effectively Team-oriented Problem-solving/ critical thinking is crucial Must be able to work autonomously with little supervision Why This Role:
