
This role supports our client's Service Marketing Division, which is responsible for customer communications across dealerships. The focus is on programs that drive service retention, including service reminders, loyalty initiatives, online scheduling tools, and new marketing programs.
The Sr. Marketing Specialist will manage campaign operations, reporting, field communications, and program performance tracking. They will also collaborate with the parts marketing team, vendor partners (e.g., Target Base), and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution and an excellent customer experience.
Description Service Reminder Program (50%)
Lead daily operations for the service reminder program (strategy, vendor management, creative, campaign execution).
Manage communication across email, mail, app, and website channels.
Track performance, monitor dealer capacity, and align campaigns with business goals.
Manage reporting and budgeting for a program exceeding $12M annually.
Loyalty & DreamShop Marketing (20%)
Support program development, optimization, and promotional strategy.
Partner with internal teams to improve customer engagement and drive repeat service visits.
Reporting & Analytics (20%)
Build and maintain reporting dashboards and decks (Power BI + PPT).
Analyze program performance, customer behaviors, and trend data.
Present insights and recommendations to leaders and executive stakeholders.
Field & Dealer Support (10%)
Partner with field teams and regional managers on program adoption.
Support dealers with guidance on parts, promotions, and service‑related customer experience initiatives.
Ensure consistent, brand‑aligned communication across the network.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong project planning, organization, and analytical abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with process management frameworks (System Trees, PDCA, CapDo, 5P, SWOT).
Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office (PPT + Excel emphasized).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
3-10+ years of combined experience in automotive sales, service, parts, marketing, or research.

Contract Details This is a 1‑year W2 Contract that is looking to pay $28 to $31.78 per hour pending experience and will be onsite in Torrance, CA.
