Marketing Campaign Manager

to plan and execute high-impact global marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. In this role, you\'ll collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Sales to bring integrated campaigns to life — from strategy to optimization — ensuring every initiative aligns with key business objectives. You will be at the intersection of strategy and execution, leading cross functional working groups within an agile operating model. You\'ll help shape what campaign strategy looks like at Appfire by consistently testing, analyzing and optimizing tactics through direct and partner marketing channels. This role reports to our Senior Manager of Demand Generation. What You\'ll Do

Develop and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audiences. Define key messages, tactics, success metrics, and create clear briefs for cross-functional teams. Create multi-touch journeys that support lead identification and nurture streams. Integrate partner value propositions into campaigns while ensuring smooth third-party lead handoff and tracking Track and report campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders Measure lead quality, pipeline progression, and revenue impact to drive data-informed growth Partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Sales, and Channel teams to ensure campaigns are coordinated and effective across all channels Qualifications

5+ years in marketing, 3+ in campaign or demand generation roles. Experience building and scaling integrated marketing programs Understanding of the sales funnel and buyer\'s journey Comfortable working in an agile environment, using tools like Jira or Asana Familiarity with marketing tools for email automation, CRM and analytics tools (ex. Salesforce, Google Analytics, Sigma) Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present insights to senior stakeholders. B2B technology or SaaS experience is a plus We offer
