Position Overview O’Design is seeking a Brand and Event Specialist to join our Colorado-based team. This role is critical to the success of our Events, Sales, and Marketing teams, managing detailed Audio Visual (AV) event and brand logistics for conferences and events nationwide, with the company's industry position and growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills to represent O’Design professionally with clients, vendors, and industry leaders while assisting in our brand and brand recognition, placement, and growth, to name a few. NOTE: Position will require an estimated 10% - 15% travel.

Who You Are

Experienced in event planning, marketing and sales. 1–2 years in corporate meetings, conferences, or trade shows required, with proven marketing and sales skills and knowledge of the events industry's workings and logistics.

A proactive, independent worker who thrives in a remote and team environment.

Skilled in building strong client and vendor relationships.

Skilled in the meetings and events industry and client connections to bring that knowledge and those connections to marketing ideas, campaigns, efforts, and results

Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and web and basic design software and platforms.

Familiarity with tools like Asana, Slack, and Zoom is a plus.

Positive, flexible, and solutions-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Help grow O’Design and contribute to achieving company goals.

Act as an O’Design Ambassador at all times.

Build, develop, and cultivate synergy within the team and company.

Serve as the primary contact for assigned events.

Act as a powerful source and resource for marketing and sales approach, directives, and actions

Manage full event logistics according to Processes and Procedures

Sales hand-offs and understanding intent of business.

Execute company documents.

Maintain regular and consistent communication with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams.

Send contracts for client signatures and prepare billing items for invoicing.

Review and approve vendor orders and final invoices.

Maintain precise documentation of all work completed.

Collaborate with Events Manager on client, vendor, or venue support and escalated concerns promptly.

Participate in daily event scrum meetings and bi-weekly in-person company meetings.

Communicate suggestions for improving company efficiencies.

Occasional travel for quality assurance.

Responsibilities may evolve with guidance from leadership.

Involvement, interactions, and work with sales and marketing efforts while assisting higher level managers and the owner of the company in event, marketing, and sales endeavors, efforts, decisions, and results

Desire to learn and grow in AV equipment and labor knowledge.

Preferred Skills

Experience with project management tools (Asana, Slack).

Ability to present work to clients and teams via virtual platforms.

Competitive Entry Level Salary: $52,000 to $58,000
