
Senior Manager, Media & Partnership Sales

Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Media & Partnerships is responsible for driving revenue through the sale of integrated marketing partnerships. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities within high growth categories across media, sponsorship, and promotional platforms while cultivating strong relationships with brands and agencies. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships. Key Responsibilities
New Business Development Prospect, qualify, and secure new corporate partners Develop tailored, insight-driven partnership proposals Generate revenue through multi-platform sales (television, radio, digital, social, in-game, experiential) Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with brand and key agency decision-makers Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand brand goals and objectives Recommend tailored solutions that drive growth Lead presentations, negotiations, and contract execution Partner with activation / account management teams to ensure successful program delivery Provide ongoing support and strategic consultation to ensure long-term success Strategic Sales Execution
Align sales efforts with individual and departmental revenue goals Identify category targets and growth opportunities Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and content teams to create compelling sales narratives Sponsorship & Media Asset Sales
Sell across team-controlled assets including :
Sponsorship entitlements Signage and branding Digital and social media Broadcast integrations Hospitality and experiential programs Revenue & Pipeline Management
Meet or exceed individual sales targets Maintain accurate CRM reporting and forecasts Track performance metrics and pipeline health Qualifications & Experience
Required
Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience Proven track record of revenue generation and goal achievement in television and radio sales, sports sponsorship sales, or related field Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close complex deals Core Competencies
Strong presentation and storytelling skills Excellent negotiation and closing abilities Strategic,consultative sales approach Ability to build relationships with senior-level executives Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented Preferred
Experience selling integrated partnerships Knowledge of sports marketing and brand strategy Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales analytics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
