About the Role Russell Tobin is supporting the hiring of an experienced
CRM Marketing Automation Analyst
on behalf of a confidential, industry-leading entertainment and consumer experiences organization.
We are seeking a highly skilled
Adobe Campaign Classic professional
to join the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with deep campaign execution expertise, strong SQL and data manipulation skills, and the ability to independently manage audience data and deploy end-to-end CRM campaigns in a high-volume environment.
This position partners closely with cross-functional CRM stakeholders to deliver data-driven, personalized marketing initiatives at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns using
Adobe Campaign Classic .
Develop and manage customer journeys across high-volume and large audience datasets.
Independently pull, manipulate, segment, and validate audience data for campaign deployment.
Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries for data extraction and campaign execution.Perform data validation and quality checks within
Snowflake .
Collaborate closely with CRM partners to support campaign strategy and delivery.
Ensure accuracy and performance of audience segmentation and campaign workflows.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands‑on experience with
Adobe Campaign Classic .
Strong experience working with
relational databases (RDBMS) .
Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
Proven ability to work with large datasets in high-volume campaign environments.
Deep expertise in audience segmentation and campaign data management.
Ability to independently extract, manage, and validate campaign audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with additional CRM or marketing automation platforms.
Basic HTML knowledge (email template editing/troubleshooting).
Education
Bachelor’s Degree
or
15+ years of relevant professional experience.
Work Schedule
Hybrid:
4 days onsite weekly
in Celebration, FL
Potential for full-time conversion (FTE).
