We’re looking for a strategic marketing expert to lead customer relationship management and loyalty programs for LensCrafters. Your campaigns will deliver personalized engagement through email, SMS, and rewards initiatives, strengthening brand relationships and customer loyalty.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage CRM and loyalty programs across various channels
Execute 1:1 and 1:many marketing campaigns, collaborating with creative and analytics teams
Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations to optimize results
Support rewards program development and customer engagement strategies
Produce and manage marketing communications in alignment with brand goals
Partner with global CRM, IT, and customer intelligence teams to enhance technology and customer journeys
Leverage your insights to drive customer loyalty and continual improvement
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of marketing and CRM/campaign experience
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Oracle Responsys, IBM Unica) and project management tools
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross‑functional, matrix environment
In-depth knowledge of consumer data and engagement strategies
Completion of background check and OIG/GSA/OFAC screening required
Preferred:
eCommerce, optical, or retail campaign experience
