The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Adobe Workfront to support strategic initiatives within the Marketing Operations organization. This assignment will serve as the Workfront subject matter expert, partnering with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize workflows that improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and campaign delivery. The contractor will combine strong analytical skills with technical proficiency in Workfront administration, helping drive process improvements and ensuring best practices across the marketing organization.

This person will be responsible for:

Acting as the primary Workfront expert, supporting intake, workflow design, reporting dashboards, and user adoption across marketing teams.

Partner with stakeholders (Creative, Brand, Digital, Media, Product Marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment on campaign timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.

Define and maintain standards for project setup, job roles, groups, and naming conventions to ensure consistency and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect Workfront with other tools (e.g., DAM, CMS, analytics platforms) to optimize marketing operations.

Develop, manage, and automate dashboards and reporting to track SLAs, capacity planning, and campaign performance.

Conduct regular audits of Workfront usage and processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Adobe Workfront Experience Admin / configuration / workflow design / intake setup / reporting dashboards / user adoption

3+ years

of agency experience OR social/media environment

Paid Social / Media background (must be hands-on, not just PM) in: Meta, Pinterest, YouTube (nice to have), TikTok (nice to have)

Compensation: $35/hr to $39/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
