What You Will Be Doing
Identifying trends in student reading and writing performance through AI analysis, converting these findings into innovative approaches that redefine English language instruction and literary interpretation.
Building AI-driven tools that respond to diverse learning preferences, making grammar understandable, vocabulary acquisition engaging, and literary analysis approachable for learners across all proficiency levels.
Creating adaptive learning sequences that adjust in real-time, leading students from foundational phonics through interpretation of sophisticated texts, ensuring every learner advances at the most effective rate.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of educators, language specialists, and AI professionals to expand the possibilities of language education, directly influencing the educational experience of thousands of students.
Converting classic and modern literature into interactive, AI-enriched learning experiences that both instruct students and spark their enthusiasm for reading and writing.

Overseeing conventional English curricula or performing administrative duties—this position centers on innovation and strategic enhancement of language arts instruction within our accelerated learning framework.
Operating independently—you'll collaborate with our forward-thinking team advancing the application of AI in English education.
Concentrating exclusively on abstract concepts—each AI solution you create will tangibly affect how students comprehend and utilize language skills in practical contexts, all within the 2 Hour Learning methodology.
Instructional Designer Key Responsibilities Lead quantifiable advancements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI-powered analysis and execution, evidenced by a 2x acceleration in competency development across multiple areas (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our transformative 2 Hour Learning model.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
Basic coding abilities in any programming language
Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
