Job Description Works closely with cross-functional teams to build, deploy, track, and optimize social media campaigns to achieve business results. Coordinates with social media reporting, providing strategic insights to internal teams to guide decision-making. Generates weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual social media reports on platform development and progress, incorporating optimization strategies and data analysis. Collaborates with partners to stay ahead of platform developments and emerging trends, expanding into new platforms. Actively participates in team brainstorms and contributes ideas to keep social content fresh, relevant, and aligned with emerging trends and target audience behaviors. Executes day-to-day social media strategy, content, and campaigns across social platforms. Plans, writes, and edits social media posts for multiple channels and audiences. Schedules and posts daily content to current social media pages. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to build out the editorial calendar. Ensures copy is written in the brand voice and imagery/video meets brand standards. Creates paid social media campaigns as needed. Other duties as assigned. Works collaboratively with the copy, design, and photography/video teams to develop original channel-specific content and execute marketing campaigns.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Windows Applications: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint [Required]
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Suite programs including advanced PowerPoint skills preferred, or technical aptitude to learn advanced skillset [Required]
Excellent skills in social media platforms, organic social media, and paid social media [Required]
