About The Role We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. This role focuses on supporting on-site marketing initiatives, brand activations, and event-based promotions. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with guests, supporting marketing operations during live events, and working closely with event and marketing teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Support on-site marketing activities during events, promotions, and client activations
Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of event marketing initiatives
Engage with attendees to provide information about brands, products, or services
Help organize marketing materials, displays, and promotional resources
Coordinate with event staff and supervisors to ensure smooth marketing operations
Maintain inventory of promotional materials and event supplies
Provide feedback to supervisors regarding attendee engagement and event flow

High School Diploma or equivalent required
