While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).
What You’d Do In This Role As a Social Media Specialist on the RamseyTrusted team, you’ll help connect people to trusted pros who can guide their financial future, especially in investing and tax.
People don’t scroll social media because they’re bored. A lot of them are worried. About retirement. About taxes. About whether they’re making the right moves with their money.
Your job is to meet them there.
You’ll lead the strategy and performance of these accounts, creating clear, helpful content that builds trust and moves people to take the next step. Not by overpromising. Not by making bold financial claims. But by pointing them to the right help at the right time.
This role isn’t just about engagement metrics. It’s about helping families make wise decisions and doing it responsibly in a space with real legal guardrails around what can and can’t be said.
Creativity matters here. So does judgment.
You’re Probably a Match If
You have at least 3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
You’ve worked in a regulated industry (finance, insurance, healthcare, etc.) would be a plus
You understand how to create content that builds credibility and trust.
You’re fluent in platform best practices and algorithm behavior across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
You can read performance data and adjust strategy quickly.
You can analyze data, identify what’s working and adjust quickly.
You’re confident owning content calendars and leading account direction.
You enjoy partnering with business units and aligning content to revenue goals.
You believe in the mission of Ramsey Solutions and understand the impact our content can have on someone’s life.
