JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a diligent AI Skills Development Program Manager to steer and enhance our Marketing Craft Development & Capabilities team's programs. The successful candidate will manage learning events, drive strategic communication for AI skills development, and employ analytics to measure program effectiveness, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and creativity, working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate AI workflow transformation and operational excellence.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Lead the management and optimization of learning events, including the intake process and logistics.
Drive strategic communications to enhance awareness, enrollment, and adoption of AI skill-development initiatives.
Oversee the learning technology stack, ensuring scalable solutions and efficient resource management.
Support website improvements and manage external vendors as the project manager for web changes.
Analyze learning experience effectiveness and drive the adoption of craft skills through actionable insights.
Must have Skills
Strong project management and multitasking abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and creative thinking capabilities
Industry Experience Preferably in Marketing or a related field with a strong background in Craft Skills, Talent Development, or Competency Development. Experience managing learning platforms or AI-powered skill enablement technologies is essential.
