Merchandise Sales Ambassadors are responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales by actively promoting and selling merchandise to guests at World of Fun. Some specific duties of a Merchandise Sales Ambassador may include:

Greeting guests and assisting them with their merchandise purchases

Recommending and upselling merchandise to guests

Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Operating a cash register and handling card transactions accurately

Restocking merchandise as needed

Providing a high level of guest service and responding to guest inquiries and concerns

Following all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and loss prevention
