We're a FUNDED startup racing to launch end of Q1 2026. We need investor leads now; you earn per lead ($10/lead, bonus for first 200). Jump in, deliver leads, then bounce >> or stick around. A successful launch translates into lots of ongoing work for those that want it. We're also interested in long term "side gig" or agency relationships — in our experience, a few expert hours often beat full-time learning-curve hours.

About The Role This is similar to a
Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR)
role: you're responsible for building rapport, engaging cold contacts, and warming them up for conversations with our investor relations team. The focus is to generate investor leads for our next round of funding; we will then apply the same playbooks to B2B and B2C growth of our platform.
You'll find ideal contacts via Facebook, LinkedIn, and key community groups (Post, Quora, Discord, Slack, etc.)—DMs, group engagement, and genuine participation.
No boosted posts or paid media. Your work also produces playbooks that our automator roles use to scale.
Compensation $10 per lead generated , plus bonus structure for first 200 leads pooled across all vendors/hires. No equity, no base salary.
What Success Looks Like in 30 Days
Target networks, channels, and communities identified and activated—you've mapped where our prospects are and started mining them.
Consistent flow of warmed leads and clear notes on what messaging and channels work so we can replicate and automate.
You're tracking and reporting what works and what doesn't; staying within platform policies and owning your output.
What You'll Do
Find and reach prospects—we provide sample profiles and groups; you identify prospects and craft outreach that gets responses
Work the groups—join and engage; add value first, extract attention second
Stay within platform policies; you know where the line is
Track and report what works and what doesn't; we iterate and feed winning patterns to automators
Take ownership of your output
What We're Looking For
Level:
Mid-level. Recommended 2–4+ years in social outreach, SDR/BDR (Sales/Business Development Representative), community management, or lead gen (or equivalent volume of manual outreach).
Ability to find prospects in groups and DMs, craft outreach, and get responses— not bans
Self-directed—we provide sample profiles and groups; you figure out the approach and execute
AI exposure
(e. g. using AI to draft or vary outreach) is a plus; playbooks you build will feed our automators
Prior experience in social outreach, SDR/BDR work, or community management is a bonus
Strong communication so we can capture and scale what works
