
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and creative Associate Brand Manager to support the development, execution, and optimisation of brand strategies across multiple marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone with early-to-mid level marketing experience who is ready to take ownership of brand initiatives and contribute to building strong, consistent, and high-performing brands.
You will work closely with senior brand leaders, marketing teams, and clients to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and long-term brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of brand strategies and campaigns
Manage day-to-day brand initiatives across offline channels
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and client teams to deliver campaigns on time and on brand
Analyse campaign and brand performance, preparing reports and recommendations
Support product launches, promotions, and brand activations
Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and campaign resources
Skills & Requirements
Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Branding, Business, or a related field
Previous experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign coordination
Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
