We Launched a Few Months Ago, And Are Now Used By Engineers At Leading Companies Like Linear, Vercel, Notion, Stripe, And Y Combinator. One User Told Me: A huge amount of my work now is wildly parallelized, in a way I’ve never had to worry about before. It’s been a while since a dev tool has changed my life [like Conductor did]. We’re on a mission to build the human interface to AI organizations. Our team is small but growing. Charlie and Jackson met eight years ago when we played ultimate frisbee together at Brown. Last year, we quit our jobs at Point72 and Netflix to start Conductor together.
Our team is small, so there is a lot of room to grow!

Compensation Pay Compared to similar companies at our stage, we aim to pay roughly median salary and 90th percentile equity. We give out more stock than other companies because we hire less, and each employee can make an unusually large impact. For exceptional talent, we’re happy to pay exceptional amounts, in cash and especially equity. If that’s you, please reach out.
