
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic
Copywriter
to join Naterra International, Inc. This role owns product, packaging, digital, and brand copy across multiple brands and retail partners. The Copywriter ensures all messaging is accurate, compliant and aligned with established brand voice standards. This position partners cross-functionally with Regulatory, Product Development, Brand, Sales and Creative to support launches and ongoing business needs for our viral brand Tree Hut, our newly launched Splash and our heritage brand Baby Magic. This is not a remote or hybrid role. Please note that the person in this role will be required to work in-office at our Coppell, TX or Ft. Worth, TX (Alliance) location 5-days per week. Product & Retail Copy
Write PDP (Product Description Pages) and website copy for all product launches Maintain accurate ingredient lists, SKU data, and product updates. Adapt copy to meet retailer and platform content guidelines (e.g. Amazon, Target, etc.) Track retailer-exclusive and national SKUs. Digital & E-Commerce
Develop copy for brand sites, retailer pages, Amazon storefronts, CRM (email + SMS), paid media and digital campaigns. Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. Optimize messaging for conversion while aligning with brand strategy. Packaging & Regulatory Copy
Draft on-pack copy, claims, and ingredient storytelling in collaboration with Marketing and Regulatory. Revise packaging copy based on regulatory feedback and compliance requirements. Create adaptation of copy for multilingual packaging as needed. Track seasonal SKU changes and updates. Brand & Campaign Support Maintain master copy documents (scent notes, claims, voice guidelines). Write copy for campaign launches, sales decks, store displays and assortment sheets. Provide social media and ad hoc marketing, and cross-functional copy as needed. Project Management
Manage multiple copy deadlines across brands and launches. Ensure accuracy and consistency across all written deliverables. Operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating cross-functionally. Experience Required
2+ years of experience as a copywriter in the beauty CPG industry. Strong portfolio demonstrating brand voice and multi-channel work. Experience with product copy across retail and digital platforms. Knowledge e-commerce best practices. Excellent writing, editing and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
