Your Opportunity FolderWorks, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join the team! In this position, you will play an important role in making sure our customers are taken care of and our team is well represented.

Your Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for customers through email and phone communication

Answer questions on pricing, order status, inventory, and more

Support & consult with the customer to provide recommendations and solutions

Monitor high priority customer orders

Your Shift

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

You Must Have

High school education or equivalent in related experience

1+ years of experience in a customer service related field

Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing

Strong multi‑tasking, attention to detail and analytic problem‑solving skills

Work well independently as well as in a team environment

Microsoft Experience

We Would Also Prefer

1+ years of related experience and/or training

Basic understanding of the print process along with basic paper knowledge; paper grades

Willing to look at new and innovative ways to improve methods and processes

Compensation The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16 - $18. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
