About the Role The role is situated in the legal department and focuses on reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, GIPS and other relevant regulations. The candidate will collaborate with marketing and investment teams, provide training, and guide new product material development.

Job Responsibilities

Review marketing presentations, RFP/RFI responses, fact sheets, commentaries and social media content to ensure compliance with firm policy, legal requirements and required disclosures.

Provide annual and ad‑hoc training to marketing groups on regulatory and compliance procedures.

Collaborate with marketing to refine policies, procedures and electronic review systems.

Review and audit external materials such as press releases, website, apps and social media.

Coordinate comments on mutual funds with Compliance at Natixis Distribution LLC and provide guidance on internal training materials.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

1–3 + years experience in a legal or compliance role within an investment company or law firm.

Prior experience in sales or marketing review preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and time‑management skills.

Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities and influence associates at all levels.

Excellent judgment, discretion and a team‑player mindset.

Preferred Knowledge Areas

Rules and regulations governing advertising and marketing of investment services and products.

Standards for marketing and advertising advisory services based on the Investment Advisors’ Act and related legal authority rules.

GIPS rules for one‑on‑one presentations and advertising/marketing materials.

Understanding of institutional investment vehicles (separate accounts, mutual funds, private placements, alternative investments).

Additional Requirements The position follows a hybrid schedule: two days work from home and three days in the office.

Salary Competitive base salary range of $70,000–$110,000 USD, plus discretionary annual incentive award. Comprehensive benefits package available.
